We can provide support and talks to a wide variety of healthcare professionals who may work with a bereaved family. We offer a parent’s perspective and can work with professionals to help them improve the care they give.

By sharing experiences of bereaved parents we can explain what they find helpful and what is not so helpful. We can give mindful ways in which to support a bereaved parent, and can give an insight into how they may be feeling under different circumstances. i.e. whether their child was a sudden or expected death. We can also help give ideas on how bereaved parents can manage their grief and ways to help them keep their child’s memory alive.

We can help review important letters or documents that may be sent to bereaved parents from your organisation. We can also help advise on many aspects you may have regarding a bereaved family and can help signpost to other organisations.

We work with families that have lost in pregnancy, experienced a sillbirth or baby loss and those that have lost a younger or adult child. We have a broad knowledge and experience of working with these families and have over many years been able to be a parent voice to help professionals in many ways.

We can also be available as to talk at any study days/conferences around a bereaved parent’s perspective.
